We follow the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU data subjects, the GDPR. We never sell personal data.

For subscriptions by post or delivery: name, delivery address, phone and subscription period. Used only to deliver the newspaper and remind you about renewal.

When you send us a letter, story or photo, we keep your name and contacts to check facts and contact you. We publish your name only if you agree; you can ask to be published anonymously. Photos of other people, especially children, are published only with their or their parents' consent.

For a classified or greeting ad we record the text, your name and phone for payment and verification. Only what you write in the ad itself is printed.

Advertisers' representatives' contacts, contracts, ad materials and invoices.

We report on public life in Vinnytsia and the region. Personal data in news is processed for journalism in the public interest, as Ukrainian law permits. We protect our sources and never reveal them without consent. If you believe a story about you is inaccurate, write to us — we consider every request for correction or reply.

• printing house — only ad and article texts;
• postal and delivery services — subscriber addresses;
• bank, accountant, IT and email providers; authorities by law.

Subscriber data — during the subscription and 1 year after; ad orders — 1 year; contracts and accounting — as required by law. Published issues are kept in the archive as part of the historical record.

This website uses no cookies or analytics. The contact form opens your own email app and stores nothing on our side. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

You can ask us to show, copy, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to info@rodynnehnizdotov.bond — we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. When this policy changes, the date on this page is updated.
